SEMI CURED CHEESE (Subaida): Young cheese made with raw milk and matured for 2 months. Spread with extra virgin olive oil and sweet paprika.
CURED CHEESE (Subaida): The king of our cheeses, awarded many times over thanks to its exquisite flavor. Medium texture. Follow the maturation process between 6 and 9 months.
WHITE WINE (Albenc): Wine project that the Urtasun family, owners of the prestigious Remírez de Ganuza winery, wanted to carry out in Menorca. It is a blend of the paired variety, sauvignon blanc, malvasia, viognier and chardonnay.
RED WINE (Sa Forana): In a young winery located in Sant Climent, this high quality red wine was born. Made with grapes, which have been collected bunch by bunch in this exclusive estate.
