SEMI CURED CHEESE (Subaida): Young cheese made with raw milk and matured for 2 months. Spread with extra virgin olive oil and sweet paprika.
SOBRASADA (Embotits Menorca): Sausage made with pigs raised on our farm, following traditional production methods and fed with barley flour, achieving this tasty hand-made sausage.
EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL (Pont Modorro): Of the 2,700 olive trees planted, we are presented with this extra virgin olive oil from the work of a family linked to Menorca for many years.
NEULAS (Can Vallés): One of the oldest and most emblematic pastry shops in Mahón. They have been delighting us with their sweet artisans since 1932. A real delight.
