Shipping and returns
Free shipping on all orders over € 40 to Spain (except the Canary Islands). Orders to Spain (except the Canary Islands) less than € 40 will have a fixed shipping cost of € 7.26 (VAT INC). The shipping costs will be indicated anyway on the Web when placing the order and in advance of its confirmation.
Orders for the national territory (Spain, ex. Canary Islands) will be shipped within a maximum of 4 days from purchase. Orders placed on holidays or over the weekend will be processed the next business day. We will send you a tracking number for your tracking.
Delivery is considered to have been made as soon as the product is made available to the Customer by the carrier and the recipient signs the delivery receipt. It is the responsibility of the recipient to verify the products upon receipt of them and expose all the exceptions and claims that may be justified.

Quesos Subaida S.L. guarantees the Customer the possibility of canceling their order at any time and without any cost provided that the cancellation is communicated before the order has been made available to the carrier for shipment. Otherwise, you must wait to receive the order to process your return.
The Client will have a period of 7 working days from the receipt of the good or from the formalization of the purchase if it were a service to terminate the contract. The Client will notify Quesos Subaida S.L. within the stipulated period and by any means admitted by law, your desire to exercise the right to terminate the contract.
The returned order must be delivered together with the delivery note and, where appropriate, the invoice issued by Quesos Subaida S.L., the Customer paying the return costs. The Customer may return any item purchased from Quesos Subaida S.L. as long as the products have not been opened or used and retain their original seal or packaging.
If a product other than the one requested by the client was delivered by mistake from Quesos Subaida SL, the correct product will be delivered, collecting the first one, without any additional charge for the Client.
If a product has reached the customer broken, damaged or in poor condition, Quesos Subaida S.L. will take care of collecting it at your home, replacing it with another in good condition, without additional charges.

The Customer may return the product at any of the physical stores of Quesos Subaida in the national territory.
