SEMI CURED CHEESE (Subaida): Young cheese made with raw milk and matured for 2 months. Spread with extra virgin olive oil and sweet paprika.
CURED CHEESE (Subaida): The king of our cheeses, awarded many times over thanks to its exquisite flavor. Medium texture. Follow the maturation process between 6 and 9 months.
AÑEJO CHEESE (Subaida): Our most adult cheese, with a maturation process of 1 year in our natural cellars, with which its unique flavor is achieved that remains on the palate.
SOBRASADA, SPICY SOBRASADA & CARN I XULLA (Embotits Menorca): Sausages made with pigs raised on our farm, following traditional production methods and fed with barley flour, obtaining these tasty handmade sausages. CARQUIÑOLS, PASTISSETS & AMARGOS (Cas Sucrer): Since 1884, the well-known company located in Es Mercadal, has sweetened even the most demanding palate with its variety of artisan products.
CHAMOMILE (Aromamil.la): The owners of this business, with its origins closely linked to the Menorcan countryside, work manually with native plants, which will serve to give a different touch to your dishes, to prepare infusions, as a curative remedy, among other uses.
JELLY (Es Rebost): Several farmers created this cooperative. Using the fruit trees of the center of the island and following the recipes of their mothers and grandmothers, they present us with a wide assortment of delicious jams.
EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL (Pont Modorro): Of the 2,700 olive trees planted, we are presented with this extra virgin olive oil from the work of a family linked to Menorca for many years.
WHITE WINE (Albenc): Wine project that the Urtasun family, owners of the prestigious Remírez de Ganuza winery, wanted to carry out in Menorca. It is a blend of the paired variety, sauvignon blanc, malvasia, viognier and chardonnay.
RED WINE (Sa Forana): In a young winery located in Sant Climent, this high quality red wine was born. Made with grapes, which have been collected bunch by bunch in this exclusive estate.
POMADA (Xoriguer): Typical drink of the Menorcan festivals, refreshing mix of natural lemon juice and Xoriguer Gin. Made with the traditional recipe in the distillery in the port of Mahón.
