Artisan semi-cured cheese whole piece with Denomination of Origin Mahón-Menorca made with raw cow's milk from our own milk production.
Ingredients: Cow's milk, lactic ferments, stabilizer (calcium chloride), rennet, salt and lysozyme (E-1105 (enzyme from egg white)).
Crust: Smeared with extra virgin olive oil and paprika.
