Learn how to make an authentic D.O. Mahón Menorca cheese with the artisan masters of Subaida.

You make the cheese, you name it, and we take care of it until it matures and is ready for the most demanding palates. Surprise your guests with: "Would you like to taste what I made when I was on holiday in Menorca?

This workshop lasts approximately 4 hours and is for the whole family or only adults.

It includes:

• Access to the Cheese Factory and participation in the cheese making process.
• Guided visit to the facilities of the Subaida farm (to learn about the stages of the production process, bottle-feeding the calves and feeding the rest of the animals).
• Complete tasting of our products with Menorcan wine.
