D'origine arabe, avec une influence anglaise et un esprit méditerranéen marqué ; voilà ce qu'est Subaida. Un bâtiment du milieu du XIXe siècle de style gréco-roman chargé d'histoire. Une propriété où l'on a l'impression que le temps s'est arrêté, car nous préservons vivante la tradition fromagère que nous avons apprise de nos ancêtres.
