Visit farm and shop

We offer you the possibility of visiting the Subaida estate free of charge on your own. This option for those of you who do not have the possibility to take a guided tour, either due to timetables or time constraints, will also allow you to get to know everything related to the estate.

If you go to the shop, our staff will give you a small leaflet with a map to guide you to the points of interest in Subaida. It is worth mentioning that during the free visit it will not be possible to feed our animals or give a bottle to one of our calves, or to see a first-hand demonstration of how our most prized cheese is made.

However, you have at your disposal the necessary information to get to know our working method and our facilities. And of course, the possibility of asking for a tasting of our products in our shop after your visit to the farm. In the shop you will also find a model maturing room for our cheeses, and in high season you can also order a tasting option by asking the staff for our small wine and food list.

The Subaida shop is always at your disposal for you to taste and buy your favourite cheese. In addition, you will find not only our most prized and award-winning cheeses and our typical sausages, but we also have a variety of the most typical local products, offering you the possibility of getting to know the authentic flavour of Menorca.
