Night guided tour with equestrian demonstration and live music

A magical and unique evening where you can enjoy our cheese accompanied by a beautiful live music concert in a spectacular setting.

The visit begins at 9:00 p.m. with a tour of the estate, including an equestrian demonstration, and ends in our threshing floor area, where you can taste all our products in a unique, relaxed, and magical atmosphere.

Tasting includes:

• Artisan cheese board (semi-cured, cured, and aged) and Subaida cold cuts (cured sobrasada, spicy cured sobrasada, carn i xulla, and camot)
• Toasts
• Homemade croquettes: sobrasada and cheese (1 per person), camot (1 per person), and cheese with tomato jam (1 per person)
• Sandwich
• Almond carquiñols and chocolate-covered almonds
• Pastisets (traditional pastries)
• Water and Menorcan wine
• A small glass of pomada

Guests under 18 years old include a soft drink.
