Night guided tour with equestrian demonstration, live music

A magical and unique night where you can enjoy our cheese accompanied by a beautiful live music concert in a spectacular setting.

The visit begins at 9:00 PM with a tour around the estate to discover the most important facts about Subaida. Next, we will head to our cheese factory, where we will explain the entire production process while our master cheesemakers give you a live demonstration (guided tours are the only way to see this demonstration firsthand).

You will also get to meet our main protagonists: the cows, which you can find either in the cowshed or out in the fields, as they are free to go out and graze whenever they please. Next to the cowshed is the milking parlor; milking takes place twice a day, at 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM, meaning that witnessing the milking process is only possible during the afternoon tour.

You will also be able to enjoy a Menorcan dressage equestrian demonstration.

And since the walk will have worked up an appetite, it's time to taste our products while enjoying live music.

Tasting:

• Board of artisanal cheeses (semi-cured, cured, and aged) and Subaida cured meats (sobrasada curada, spicy sobrasada curada, carn i xulla, and camot)

• Toasts

• Tomato salad with aged cheese shavings

• Menorcan Sandwich

• Almond and chocolate-almond carquiñols (traditional crunchy biscuits)

• Pastisets (traditional pastries)

• Water and Menorcan wine

• A small glass of pomada (traditional gin and lemonade drink)
