Guided tour and brunch

The earliest of our tours is, without a doubt, the best option for those who wish to combine the experience of the Menorcan countryside with a delicious breakfast, enjoying the most rural side of Menorca.

By way of presentation, we will give you a brief introduction to discover the most important facts about the estate. Next, we will head to our cheese factory, where we will explain the entire production process while our master cheesemakers give you a live demonstration (guided tours are the only way to see this demonstration firsthand).

You will also get to meet our main protagonists: the cows, which you can find either in the cowshed or out in the fields, as they are free to go out and graze whenever they please. Next to the cowshed is the milking parlor; milking takes place twice a day, at 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM, meaning that witnessing the milking process is only possible during the afternoon tour.

But it won't be all listening! It's time to bottle-feed one of the calves and meet the rest of the animals that live on the estate. From there, we will go up to the threshing floor (la era), where you can enjoy a panoramic view of our facilities and the surrounding nature. Afterward, we will head down to our small aging/demonstration room to learn about the care the cheeses receive from the factory until they are ready for consumption. And since the walk will have worked up an appetite, it's time to taste our products. Breakfast will be served on the terrace.

Breakfast:

• Board of artisanal cheeses (semi-cured, cured, and aged) and Subaida cured meats (sobrasada curada, spicy sobrasada curada, carn i xulla, and camot)

• Toasted traditional farmhouse bread with tomato

• A slice of Menorcan ensaimada

• Coffee, cocoa milk (Colacao/Nesquik), soft drink, or wine

• Water
