Description

Soft cheese 1/8 of piece. With Denomination of Origin Mahón-Menorca. Made with our own milk production. Cheese made from pasteurized cow's milk.

Ingredients: Cow's milk, lactic ferments, rennet, salt, preservative (E-252) and lysozyme (E-1105) (enzyme from egg white).

Inedible rind: preservatives (E-202 and E-235) and coloring (E-172).

Weight approx. 0.325kg.
