Free shipping on all orders over €50 to Spain (except Canary Islands). Orders to Spain (except the Canary Islands) under €50 will have a fixed shipping cost of €9.5 (VAT INC). The shipping costs will be indicated on the Website when placing the order and in advance of its confirmation.
Orders for the national territory (Spain, ex. Canary Islands) will be shipped within a maximum of 4 days from purchase. Orders placed on holidays or during the weekend will be processed the next working day. We will send you a locator number for tracking.
Delivery is deemed to have been made as soon as the product is made available to the Customer by the carrier and the recipient signs for the delivery receipt. It is the responsibility of the recipient to verify the products upon receipt of them and to set out all the exceptions and claims that may be justified.

Quesos Subaida S.L. guarantees the Client the possibility of cancelling their order at any time and at no cost, provided that the cancellation is communicated before the order has been made available to the carrier for shipment. Otherwise, you must wait to receive the order to process its return.
The Client will have a period of 7 working days from the receipt of the good or from the formalisation of the purchase if it is a service to terminate the contract. The Client shall notify Quesos Subaida S.L. within the stipulated period and by any means admitted by law, of his desire to exercise the right of termination of the contract.
The returned order must be delivered together with the delivery note and, if applicable, the invoice issued by Quesos Subaida S.L., with the Customer bearing the return costs. The Client may return any item purchased from Quesos Subaida S.L. as long as the products have not been opened or used and retain their original seal or packaging.
If a product other than the one ordered by the customer is delivered by mistake of Quesos Subaida S.L., the correct product will be delivered, picking up the first one, without any additional charge to the Customer.
If a product has arrived at the customer broken, damaged or in poor condition, Quesos Subaida S.L. will take care of collecting it at their home, replacing it with another in good condition, without additional charges.
