Semi-cured cheese

Artisan Semi-cured Mahón Menorca Cheese.

Matured for 2 to 3 months in its own cellar. Cheese made using traditional methods.

We spread the cheese with oil and paprika.

The cows are fed on our own pastures, which preserve the nuances of our land.

The cheese is handmade using ‘FOGASSER’ cotton cloth.

Storage


Once the cheese has started, wrap the cheese in kitchen paper and store in an airtight container. Store in the refrigerator in the area that receives the least cold.
