Whole piece of Artisan Cured Cheese with denomination of origin Mahón-Menorca made with unpasteurised raw cow's milk from our own milk production.
Matured for 5 to 9 months in our own cellars. We spread the cheeses with oil and paprika.
The cows are fed on our own pastures that preserve the nuances of our land.
The cheese is handmade using ‘FOGASSER’ cotton cloth.
Place on a plate covered with a cotton cloth or in a cheese dish in the fridge.
