Shipping, Returns, and Cancellations

We offer free shipping to Spain (not including the Canary Islands) on all orders of 100 € and above. For orders to Spain (not including the Canary Islands) of less than 100 €, a flat rate of 6 € will apply. Shipping charges will be indicated on your ordering webform prior to confirmation.

Orders to Spain (not including the Canary Islands) will be delivered within 4 days of the date of purchase. Orders made on holidays or weekends will be processed on the next business day. We will send you a tracking number so that you may follow your order. For expedited shipping (available only to Spain, not including the Canary Islands), please contact us for rates.

The delivery will be considered complete when the addressee has received and signed for it, at which time it is the addressee’s responsibility to verify that the contents of the delivery are accurate and to report any defects therein.

Returns

The client reserves the option to cancel his or her order at any time and at no cost so long as the cancellation request is communicated before the order has been consigned to the carrier for delivery, after which point the client must wait to receive the order before requesting a return.

The client will have a period of 7 business days from the date of delivery to return goods, or from the date of purchase to terminate a service contract. The client must communicate to Subaida, within the stipulated time period and by any means allowable by law, his or her desire to execute a return.

The return must be delivered to Subaida together with its packing slip and any accompanying receipt. The client is responsible for the cost of the return. The client may return any item purchased from Subaida provided it has not been opened or used and still retains its original seal or packaging.

If a product different from the one requested by the client was sent in error by Subaida, we will replace it with the correct product at no additional charge to the client.

If a product has been delivered to the client broken, damaged, or in otherwise poor condition, Subaida will have it collected from the client and replaced with another in good condition at no additional charge.

The client may also make a return at any of Subaida’s stores located throughout Spain.

Cancellations

We accept cancellations on any order that has not already been shipped, after which point the client must wait to receive the order and then request a return in accordance with the aforementioned procedure. To cancel your order, navigate to the My Orders area of our website. If you are a registered user, log in; if not, enter the reference code of the order you wish to cancel along with your email address. You will be directed to a webpage on which you will be able to view and cancel any pending orders. Please note that your cancellation will affect the entire order. If you wish to cancel individual items in your order, please contact our customer service team.
